Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours and prices accurately. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

Neidra accepts prepaid orders only. COD is not available.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Once an order is placed, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Returns & Exchanges

No returns or refunds are offered.

One size exchange is available within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Any damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at livingneidra@gmail.com, along with the order number and clear photographs.
